Mentonians from the Classes of 1998 to 2014 gathered at their alma mater for an unforgettable reunion, commemorating milestones that spanned 10 to 26 years since graduation. This event was not only a significant occasion for the participants but also a heartfelt reminder of the enduring connections forged during their school days.

The reunion began with guided tours of the campus, allowing attendees to revisit the cherished grounds that shaped their formative years. Many were astounded by the transformations that have taken place at Mentone Grammar over the years. The campus has undergone remarkable changes, with new facilities, modern classrooms, and revitalized outdoor areas reflecting the growth and progress of the school community. A standout feature was the newly established Bayview Campus building and precinct, which has dramatically enhanced the southern side of the school. Guests admired the expansive indoor and outdoor amenities, including bright, state-of-the-art classrooms, collaborative breakout spaces, quiet study areas, and beautifully landscaped gardens and play zones—not to mention the stunning rooftop terrace offering breathtaking views.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, anticipation filled the air for the cocktail evening that awaited. Attendees were greeted at the Function Centre with warm smiles, laughter, and the vibrant energy of shared memories. In an emotional address, Principal Andy Müller reflected on the school’s journey, highlighting the significance of community and connection. His heartfelt words resonated with everyone, evoking the core values instilled during their time at Mentone Grammar.
