The Mentonians

In celebration of 100 years of great sporting camaraderie, sports lovers old and new enjoyed a return to ‘Keysey’ for our Centenary Exhibition Sports Day on Saturday 1 April 2023.

Please consider supporting our sponsors with your patronage where you can.

It is with sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Mentonian John Gillespie from the Class of 1953.

Congratulations to this year’s Foundation Award recipients!

We also have Centenary event sponsorship opportunities for businesses within our Community to become a much-valued member of our Event Sponsor Register. As a sponsor, your business will have the opportunity to reach our extensive Community across the greater Bayside area and beyond via a variety of Mentone Grammar channels.

As we reach the midway point of this year, planning is well underway for our Centenary celebrations in 2023 as we embark on a year of special activities to commemorate this significant milestone with our School Community.

Congratulations to Alex and Aaron Xue 'Class of 2021' who will be commencing a Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine, together, at the University of Newcastle.

In 2023 Mentone Grammar will celebrate its centenary. Leading up to this major milestone, we are delighted to announce the next exciting stage in the School’s development... an 'even better' school.

Mentonian, firefighter and personal trainer, Daniel Maitland (2010), was recently named Kingston City Council’s ‘Citizen of the Year’ at the 2021 Australia Day ceremony. Daniel uses ‘fitness to fundraise’ and has contributed over $25,000 for causes which are close to his heart. But he says that his work is about much more than donations.
